We are scaling fast and hiring an Inbound Appointment Setter to join our team at our office in Envigado.

This role is focused on connecting with inbound leads, qualifying prospects through professional conversations, and scheduling appointments for our closing team.

? What You’ll Do:





- Engage promptly with inbound leads via phone from our office
- Use active listening and a consultative approach to see if they are a perfect fit
- Smoothly schedule qualified appointments for our senior sales team
- Maintain clean, accurate follow-up records in our system

? What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in inbound phone sales, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles dealing with U.S.-based customers
- Exceptional, fluent verbal English communication skills
- Empathetic, high-energy, and excellent at building rapport quickly over the phone
- Ability to work full-time on-site at our Envigado location (onsite parking)
