Key Responsibilities
- Manage the preparation, review, and submission of tax returns, including VAT (IVA), ICA, Corporate Income Tax, and withholding taxes.
- Prepare tax provisions, deferred tax calculations,



and tax reconciliations to support accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor changes in Colombian tax legislation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders on tax-related matters.
- Support and lead tax audits, preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Ensure alignment between accounting records and tax reporting through reconciliations and reviews.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and risk management.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting. (Mandatoty)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience focused on TAX (preferably in BPO/SSC environments):
