Jr Accounts Receivable Clerk - Remote Contractor (Latin America)

WithMe, Inc. is partnering with emerging finance professionals across Latin America through Deel, our global contractor platform. As a remote Jr Accounts Receivable Clerk, you’ll play an important role in supporting day-to-day accounts receivable processes, helping ensure invoices, payments, and financial records are handled accurately and efficiently.

Hired through Deel as a full-time independent contractor, you’ll work closely with our Finance team to support invoicing, payment tracking, reconciliations, and general accounts receivable administration. This role is adecuado for highly organized, detail-oriented professionals who are eager to build a career in accounting or finance, thrive in structured environments, and take ownership of their work.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of the Finance Team, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing basic accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and timeliness
- Assisting in generating, reviewing, and distributing invoices to clients




- Supporting payment tracking and performing basic reconciliations under guidance
- Maintaining organized accounts receivable documentation and records
- Responding to routine customer inquiries related to invoices and payments
- Following company policies, procedures, and accounting standards in daily work
- Supporting the finance team with administrative tasks related to billing and collections

What We’re Looking For

- Are an entry-level professional with an interest in accounting, finance, or business operations
- Have basic experience in accounts receivable, finance, bookkeeping, or administrative support (internships or coursework are a plus)
- Have foundational knowledge of invoicing, billing, or financial processes
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English (B2 CEFR level or higher)
