NOC Technician - Level 1 (Remote - Honduras / Colombia) - English B2+

About the role

At CES+, our Support Center keeps our clients' technology running 24/7. We're hiring two Level 1 NOC Technicians to monitor systems, diagnose issues, and resolve incidents as the first point of contact when something fails.

What you'll do
- Monitor client systems, networks, and equipment, catching incidents before they escalate.
- Handle and resolve Tier 1 support tickets within established SLAs.
- Diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity issues using remote support tools.
- Document every case accurately in the ticketing system: symptom, diagnosis, actions taken, resolution.
- Escalate cases beyond Level 1 scope to Level 2 with complete context.
- Communicate with clients in both Spanish and English — clearly and empathetically, even under pressure.
- Follow NOC procedures and runbooks, and flag gaps when you find them.

What you need
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, service desk, or network operations.
- English at B2 level minimum (C1/C2 preferred)

- Fluent Spanish.
- University studies in progress or completed in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing.
- Experience with ticketing/CRM systems and remote support tools.
- Availability for rotating shifts — the NOC runs continuously.
- Residence in Honduras or Colombia, with stable internet and a suitable home workspace.
- Willingness to complete a background check.

Nice to have
- IT or networking certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA, ITIL, or similar).
- Previous customer service experience.
- Cinema technology knowledge.
- Automation or scripting exposure.
