Base Salary: $1,000 USD per month
Commission: Share of the team commission pool, with $400 to $1,200 USD added to the pool for every closed deal
Expected Earnings: Most reps earn $1,800 to $3,000 USD per month once ramped. High performers earn $4,000+

- We’re hiring experienced salespeople who are confident on the phone, comfortable handling objections, and motivated by performance-based income.

You’ll sell established dealership-management software to car dealerships across the United States and Canada. Our platform helps dealerships run their daily operations. Your job is to show decision-makers why it belongs in their business.

You're a good fit if:
- You speak clear, professional English.
- You have previous sales experience.
- You’re confident, persuasive, and quick on your feet.




- You can handle objections and rejection without losing momentum.
- You’re coachable, competitive, and driven to earn.

Compensation
- $1,000 USD monthly base salary, paid twice per month.
- You’ll join a team commission pool, so you can start earning commission immediately.
- The team earns 50% of each new customer’s first-month revenue.
- Each closed deal adds approximately $400 to $1,300 USD to the commission pool.
- No vague bonus structure. You’ll know exactly what each sale pays.
