This is a consultative outbound SDR/BDR role focused on prospecting, lead generation, relationship nurturing, and appointment setting for our U.S. sales motion.

About the Role

This is a top-of-funnel Sales Development role supporting our U.S. team. You will handle outreach, lead generation, follow-up, and scheduling meetings. What makes this role different is how we do it.

Think of it like being a great concierge. Not someone who pushes a sale, but someone who pays attention, remembers what matters, and shows up with the right message at the right moment.

We work with U.S.based businesses that are making real decisions. Your role is to help them feel informed, not pressured. You will start conversations, follow signals, reconnect at the right time, and keep interactions relevant and thoughtful.

You will speak with U.S.based prospects every day during standard business hours,



so strong English communication skills are required.

What you’ll do
- Start genuine and warm conversations with prospects, outreach that feels human, not templated
- Run lead generation and build a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline
- Stay in touch with prospects over time, not just until they book a meeting
- Set appointments when the timing makes sense and interest is clear
- Keep your CRM accurate so the team always knows where every relationship stands
- Track activity and support pipeline visibility across the team
