About the Role:
As a_Senior Backend Engineer - Automation_, you'll serve as a technical pillar within our delivery teams, designing and implementing scalable automation solutions that improve data ingestion, data quality, and data integrity across client environments. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams as a strategic technical consultant, helping define best practices, identify opportunities for optimization,



and build reliable backend and data engineering solutions that support critical business workflows.:
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data validation and quality assurance frameworks for data ingestion pipelines
- Build and implement automated integrity checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of ingested data
- Identify gaps in existing data workflows and engineer scalable automation solutions to improve data quality, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support data analysis, validation logic, pipeline monitoring, and data integrity checks
- Transform and process large datasets using distributed data frameworks such as PySpark or Snowpark
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define quality standards and implement automated testing strategies
