Where You'll Make a Difference
- Lead end-to-end consumer insights and sensory research projects supporting fragrance innovation and business growth.
- Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research studies to address business and consumer questions.
- Coordinate consumer testing, sensory evaluations, and fieldwork activities while ensuring data quality and project timelines.
- Analyze consumer, product,



and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
- Translate complex findings into compelling presentations and insight-driven business stories.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Evaluation, Sales, Research & Development, and Technical teams.
- Support strategic decision-making through consumer-centric insights and market understanding.
- Identify knowledge gaps and emerging consumer trends to guide innovation opportunities.

What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Statistics, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Sensory Research, Consumer Science, or a related function.
- Proven experience managing research projects from design through analysis and recommendation delivery.
