About the Opportunity

RVStaffing is partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare company based in Medellín that operates premium patient-centered healthcare brands serving international patients. Their flagship dental tourism brand connects patients—primarily from the United States—with world-class dental care in Colombia, delivering a highly personalized and concierge-level experience.

The organization is expanding quickly and is seeking an experienced International Patient Coordinator to support patient acquisition, treatment coordination, and overall patient experience.

About the Role

As an International Patient Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective international patients. You will guide patients through every step of their journey—from their initial consultation through treatment confirmation and travel preparation.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual and occasional in-person consultations with prospective international patients, primarily from the United States.
- Review patient photos, X-rays,



and medical records to gather complete case information.
- Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to finalize treatment recommendations and pricing.
- Present treatment plans and quotations clearly and professionally.
- Address patient questions and objections while guiding them toward a treatment decision.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, travel logistics, and pre-arrival requirements for confirmed patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communication history within the CRM.
- Track and report key pipeline metrics, including:
- Consultations completed
- Treatment plans presented
- Conversion rate
- Confirmed patients
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience throughout the entire sales and onboarding process.

Qualifications
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — required and non-negotiable.
- 3+ years of experience in patient coordination, healthcare sales, dental or medical reception, or consultative
