Overview

This role helps employees get the HR support they need, when they need it. As a Bilingual HR Specialist, you will provide clear, caring, and accurate support across HR programs, systems, and employee questions.

How you'll make an impact
- Respond to employee requests and questions with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
- Support employees throughout onboarding and the employee lifecycle by providing timely guidance and information.
- Process employee transactions and updates in Oracle, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and handled confidentially.
- Provide first-level support for HR tools, processes, programs, and routine employee inquiries.
- Resolve routine issues, document activity, and track work through the ticketing system.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows, and the employee experience.
