1.Job Summary Purpose and fundamental objectives of the position
The SAP SD Consultant is a core value contributor and differentiator whose main aim is to maximize IT value to the business strategy by providing support for SAP ECC project implementation process and data mapping, testing, training and cutover activities.

2.Main Duties and resposabilities
Support SAP ECC rollout for Colombia and Peru process and data mapping, testing, training and cutover activities.
Ensure the process design and system usage aligns to business functional strategy.
Analyze current business processes and identify integration needs across various IT systems, avoiding duplication of efforts and driving stakeholder alignment.
Accountable of ensuring the harmonization and standardization of the IT Landscape aligned with IT strategy.
Represent HUB priorities and requirements and ensure business insights are shared within the IT organization. Ensure local business needs are known and understood.
Oversee the execution of IT projects, ensuring they meet the scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
Proactively engage and communicate about project progress, issues, and solutions.
You will ensure that IT solutions comply with relevant legislation and directives e.g. GxP, IT Security, IT Governance, Data Privacy as well as corporate policies and procedures.
Ensure that IT services are reliable, available, and secure, meeting service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals.
Report incidents and change management tickets issues to IT corporate support team. Ensure a ticket resolution process to meet business expectations.
Identification of issues and associated mitigation plans and escalation, as needed.

3.Academic background and previous experience languages, computer tools
Bachelors degree in Information Technology,



Systems Engineering, or related field and postGraduation desirable
Full time job 4 days in site and 1 home office.
Min of 5 years of overall experience in business and IT functions
Proven experience in business process integration or a similar role within IT or business operations.
Strong understanding of business process mapping, process optimization, and system integration.
Experience in areas such as commercial, finance, supply chain, logistics, product management, and corporate functions.
Project management skills.
In depth knowledge of Business Process Management and previous experience in Enterprise Resource Planning ERP implementations minimum two implementations in SAP SD FICO MM modules. Preferably international roll outs.
Experience with integration tools and platforms e.g., middleware, APIs, ETL tools.
Experience in Colombia or Peru companies who issue domestic invoices in USD is a very appreciated knowledge background.
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools
Fluent Spanish and English.
Data analysis tools Power BI, Tableau, Qlickview or others, are desirable.
Relational databases SQL.
Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, Six Sigma are desirable.
