The firm specializes in representing Sellers, Buyers, and Investors, offering comprehensive services that span marketing, canvassing, and property management.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to join our real estate brokerage team. This multifaceted role combines transaction coordination, property management assistance, and compliance oversight to ensure smooth operations, regulatory accuracy, and exceptional client service. The idóneo candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple priorities,



and support both the sales and property management divisions of the brokerage.

Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Coordination
- Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close.
- Communicate with agents, clients, escrow officers, lenders, and other parties to ensure timely completion of all required tasks and documentation.
- Track key transaction milestones (inspection periods, contingencies, closing dates, etc.).
- Prepare and distribute disclosures, addenda, and other legal documents.
- Maintain organized and compliant transaction files (digital).
- Ensure all brokerage, MLS, and state compliance requirements are met prior to closing.
- Compliance & Administrative Support
- Review transaction files to ensure compliance with brokerage policies, local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain internal compliance checklists and reporting systems.
- Assist with agent onboarding, license renewals, and training coordination.
