What will you do?
- Operate the Bank’s issue ticket management system to log, review, and resolve complex support issues related to Procurement Technology.
- Interact with other teams in the Bank or with Technical Teams to facilitate ticket resolution where required.
- Maintain and follow Standard Operating Procedures/Work Instructions documentation in conducting activities, paying strong attention to detail.
- Escalate issues to Lead, Sr. Analyst, and/or Manager, suppliers, or other internal stakeholders, and track to resolution.




- Identify platform issues or gaps and make improvement recommendations.

What do you need?
- College Diploma, University Degree, or students in their last semesters in administrative areas.
- 6 to 12 months of experience in operations, help desk, customer service, business analysis, process improvement, or related fields.
- B2 level of English as you will work closely with our headquarters in Canada.
- Advanced level in Excel (write formulas, use lookup & references functions, logical functions, and text functions at a minimum).
- Intermediate level of PowerBI is a plus.
- Experience with helpdesk or procurement software is a plus.
