What the Role Looks Like
Assess repair severity and urgency through coordination with handymen and tenants and focus on managing and resolving repair cases.
Receive, log, and coordinate maintenance requests dispatch repairs to vendors and track to completion while keeping landlords updated
Be able to actively handle and perform live detailed coordination with handymen for minor cases repairs requiring handymen, repair specialists
Appropriately evaluate vendors who will service major cases repairs involving external contractors
Make sure that all bootsontheground arrive at the property on time and fix issues efficiently
Coordinate tenant moveins and moveouts
Analyze and log property inspection photographs and videos
Provide regular status updates to property owners and tenants and communicate with internal team
Serve as a point of contact for repairs or property updates for tenants
Promptly maintain accurate records and property status in the property management software

Prior Experience
13 years of engineering experience preferred
Demonstrated technical qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge and practical training of building maintenance particularly for residential properties
Demonstrated ability to review, process, and analyze repair needs based on verbal and digital inspection of photos and videos
Proficiency in using digital data systems, ticketing systems, or designated property management softwares to log, request, track repairs,



and vendor dispatches maintain accurate property records
Prior remote work experience and ability to work on client schedule preferred

Skills Required
Fluent written and spoken English
Strong intuitive understanding of property dynamics and how buildings function
Ability to digitally assess and prioritize structural, electrical, and mechanical issues by severity and type
Strong written communication and documentation habits
Strong negotiation skills
Organized with the ability to manage multiple properties and open tasks at once
Comfortable with software tools, spreadsheets, and Customer Relationship Management CRM
Reliable followthrough on open items without supervision
Problemsolving under time pressure
Attention to detail on documents, records, and deadlines
Have a deep understanding of structural, electrical, and mechanical property issues

Customerfirst approach prioritize responsiveness, clarity, and resolution
