Rop ST DigitALL is a fast growing American and Colombian digital agency specializing in ecommerce. We started by building and scaling our own brands, then turned that hands on experience into a full service agency that helps companies around the world grow through strategy, design, marketing, and technology. From our office in Medellín, we partner with international clients across North America, Europe, and Australia, giving our team exposure to integral brands, the full marketing stack, and a collaborative, fast moving environment with real room to grow.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute influencer, UGC, and affiliate marketing strategies for multiple brands
- Identify, vet, and onboard influencers and affiliate partners across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs, etc.)
- Coordinate product seeding and shipping logistics with clients and creators, collecting shipping details and ensuring products reach creators on time
- Follow up consistently with creators to secure posts, corrections, and outstanding deliverables
- Collaborate with clients to develop briefs,



content direction, and posting schedules
- Prepare regular campaign status reports covering creators recruited, posts completed, and pending items
- Track and analyze campaign results, turning data into performance insights

Requirements:
- Experience in influencer, affiliate, or social media marketing and platforms
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Detail oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines
