Eurofins is seeking a Junior IT Product Support - Service Desk Agent to deliver reliable L2 application support, triaging incidents, service requests and changes in line with ITIL practices. The role spans go-live, hypercare and stabilization across multiple divisions and regions, with hybrid work hours.
You will coordinate with L1, L2, development and QA teams, ensure proper documentation, provide incident updates to stakeholders and contribute to process improvements while maintaining quality
