We are now looking for an experienced Capital Sales Manager to join our team and help drive the growth of our business in Chile/Argentina.
About the Role:
As a Capital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Edge Medical’s surgical robotic platform across Chile/Argentina. You will develop new business opportunities, build strategic relationships with hospitals and key stakeholders, and lead the capital sales process from prospecting through successful deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:




- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Chile/Argentina market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital management, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
- Lead the capital equipment sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Deliver product presentations and commercial proposals.
- Collaborate closely with Clinical, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful customer implementation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and account plans.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Proven experience in capital medical equipment or high-value medical device sales.
- Experience selling to hospitals and managing complex sales cycles.
