We're Hiring: Junior Distribution Support Specialist

Location: Bogotá or Barranquilla, Colombia
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Colombia Time)

Join a growing logistics team and help keep operations running smoothly across transportation, dispatch, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipments, dispatches, and delivery tracking.
- Manage customer requests and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Maintain inventory and operational data in system.
- Communicate with customers, carriers, brokers, and drivers.
- Support billing, reporting, and compliance with transport regulations.

What We're Looking For:
- Technical, Technologist, or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.




- Experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or distribution.
- Knowledge of TMS, GPS, and tracking tools.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
- Conversational to Advanced English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
