What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative, you'll guide customers through the auto glass replacement process—from the first call to the successful installation of their windshield. You'll work closely with customers and insurance providers to ensure every claim is processed accurately while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Assist customers with auto glass replacement services.
- Conduct three-way calls with customers and insurance companies to verify coverage and process claims.
- Clearly explain services, pricing,



and insurance procedures.
- Close sales and ensure all customer information is accurately documented.
- Follow up on customer accounts until the installation is completed.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
- Achieve individual sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.

What We Offer: Unlimited Earning Potential

Total Monthly Earnings:$2.5M-$6M+ COP

Base Salary
- $2,000,000 COP
- Legal Transportation Allowance

Uncapped Commission Structure
- 0-39 Sales → $25,000 COP per sale:
- 40-59 Sales → $35,000 COP per sale:
- 60-119 Sales → $43,000 COP per sale:
- 120+ Sales → $60,000 COP per sale
