Sales & Marketing Coordinator - The Ordinary:
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the execution of commercial and marketing strategies for The Ordinary in Latam Distributors Market, ensuring the effective implementation of business plans with the brand's authorized distribution and retail partners.
This role monitors commercial performance, including sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels, and key business metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making. The position also coordinates product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives, working closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve business objectives while maintaining the brand's general standards and positioning.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Monitor Commercial Performance and Business Results:
- Analyze sell-in, sell-out, inventory, and other key performance indicators to assess business performance.
- Prepare regular business reports and performance dashboards for local and regional stakeholders.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and growth drivers through data analysis and market insights.
- Support business reviews and provide recommendations to enhance commercial performance.
2. Coordinate Commercial and Marketing Execution:
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.
- Ensure alignment between local execution and global brand guidelines.
- Track campaign performance and support post-activity analyses.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective execution of initiatives.
3. Manage Day-to-Day Partner Relationships:
