Responsabilities
- Business Process Analysis and Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their financial needs and business processes.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 F&O.;
- Configuration and Customization:
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O; modules to align with client-specific requirements.
- Implement financial functionalities such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
- Financial Reporting and Analytics:
- Design and develop financial reports using tools like Power BI or SSRS.
- Provide insights to clients based on financial data analysis.
- Integration and Data Migration:
- Assist in data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
- User Training and Support:
- Conduct end-user training sessions on system usage and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and address user queries.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Project Documentation:
- Create functional design documents, process flows, and user manuals.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O; configuration, customization, and implementation.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing data integrations in and out of Common Data Service
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant (optional but preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of finance and project operations processes, including but not limited to general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, financial reporting, project accounting, and resource management.
- Intermediate to Advanced English (B2+ / C1):
Nice to Have
- Experience in sales and procurement modules.
- Good understanding of APIs, Logic Apps, Azure functions and Azure Service Bus.
- Experience developing flows using power platform.
