What You Will Do
- Lead product and process improvement initiatives using quality engineering principles, analytical tools, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Analyze manufacturing performance indicators, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve quality and efficiency.- Manage quality-related projects, ensuring objectives are achieved through effective planning, risk management, execution, and communication.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer requirements, resolve technical challenges, and improve manufacturing processes.




- Lead and support initiatives related to new product introduction, process optimization, waste reduction, quality compliance, and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Technology, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline. For Latin America, an Engineering degree is required.
- 3.5+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, process engineering, or a related industrial environment.
- English level is a requirement- Knowledge of quality systems, project management methodologies, statistical analysis tools, and quality core tools such as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, and Control Plans is preferred.
