As People Services Generalist within our Bogotá Hub, you'll support the execution of People Lifecycle (PLC) processes across the Americas, delivering a best-in-class service experience in onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee support while ensuring compliance with local legal frameworks and Sanofi's corporate policies.

Main responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end People Lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and job changes, ensuring compliance with mandatory internal controls and local legal frameworks
- Manage benefits programs including billing reconciliation for prepaid medicine, life insurance, and food vouchers, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Provide employee support and advice on core People Services topics through the case management platform, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements
- Maintain accurate personnel data files in digital and physical formats, ensuring data quality and integrity across HR systems
- Support Workday system implementations, testing, and mass data uploads (EIB), maintaining up-to-date SharePoint documentation
- Generate reporting from the People Services core model and support internal, global, and governmental audits with required compliance documentation
- Collaborate on continuous improvement initia
