Analyst, Finance Business Partner
Overview
The Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) - South LAC role is based in Bogotá, Colombia and supports Mastercard’s South Latin America region by delivering high-quality financial planning, analysis, and management reporting. This position plays a key role in enabling informed decision-making by providing financial insights, performance analysis, and forward-looking perspectives to regional and local stakeholders.
The role is responsible for supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial close,
and reporting processes, while monitoring business performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring financial accuracy and discipline across the region. The analyst partners closely with Finance Business Partners, Controllers, and business teams to support strategic initiatives, customer deals, and regional priorities, operating in a complex, multi-country environment with diverse macroeconomic conditions.
This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial systems and processes, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The position is part of the Finance team for South Latin America (South LAC) and contributes to continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of financial processes across the region.
