We’re looking for a Remote Estate Planning Paralegal who doesn't just "process documents", you’re someone who genuinely cares about helping families protect their futures, all while working from the comfort of your home office.

We use cloud-based systems and video conferencing to serve clients, and we’re looking for someone who loves the efficiency of a paperless, digital environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drafting & Crafting: You’ll be the engine behind our estate plans, preparing everything from Revocable Trusts to Powers of Attorney.
- Numbers that Matter:
You’ll handle the financial heavy lifting for our Probate and Guardianship department, data entry, accountings, and keeping the books in perfect order.
- Client Connection: Even though we’re virtual, we’re high-touch. You’ll be the supportive voice and face on our Zoom consultations.
You’re a great fit if:
- You’ve got 2+ years of paralegal experience for a US Market (especially with estate planning).
- You have an eagle eye for detail, you spot the missing decimal point before anyone else does.
- You’re tech-savvy (or just naturally curious) and comfortable navigating cloud platforms and virtual meeting tools.
- You are a self-starter who thrives when you have the freedom to own your calendar and your workflow.
