Your mission

We’re looking for a Payment Partnerships Manager to own and scale our Colombian payment and partnership strategy. This is a high-impact role at the core of our international expansion, offering direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape our growth strategy.

Responsibilities
- Commercial Negotiation & SLA Structuring: Map Colombian market ecosystems to negotiate strategic commercial terms, buy rates, and explicit service SLAs that maximize profitability and regional expansion efficiency.
- Conduct market research (regulation, competition, risks, and opportunities) and present insights to the CEO.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, PSPs, wallets, card schemes, and processors.
- Payment Methods Implementation : Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new suppliers and deliver them to the internal stakeholders to the integration stage.
- Grow existing partnerships, including commercial terms, buy rates, and contracts.
- PMO & Cross-Functional Controlling: Serve as a partner in PM-Controlling liaison across complex,



multi-year digital transformation milestones. Aligning with compliance, finance, product, legal, operations and sales.

Required Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience: Experience in Payment Partnerships, B2B Technology Sales, or Digital Transformation Consulting within the FinTech, SaaS, or payment processing ecosystem.
- Payment Technical Savvy and project management skills: Proven track record of managing payment projects, digital wallet/processor integrations or implementations. With the ability to direct cross-functional initiatives.
- Language: Native Spanish and Fluent/Advanced English (mandatory for communicating with integral leadership and regional stakeholders).
- Tools: Experience working with modern pipeline and development tracking tools such as Jira and Pipedrive.
