Role Description
The Business Process Expert OTC (Order-to-Cash) will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing OTC processes to ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-focused operations. This full-time, on-site role based in Bogota, D.C. involves mapping current business processes, identifying improvement opportunities,



and defining standardized workflows and best practices across relevant teams. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, documenting procedures, supporting system configuration related to OTC, and monitoring process performance through data and metrics. The Business Process Expert OTC will also prepare and deliver training, provide guidance to end users, and support change management activities to ensure successful implementation of new or updated processes. Regular tasks include troubleshooting process issues, recommending corrective actions, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Atlas Copco Group standards.

Qualifications
