Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Electronics, Telecommunications, Communications Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, including customer-facing experience.
- CCNA required upon hire.
- JNCIP-DC is a plus.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, QoS, IPv6, IP Multicast, and SD-WAN.
- Working knowledge of fiber/copper networks and monitoring tools.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Perl, or Shell.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Fluent Spanish and intermediate English.
- Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, teamwork,



and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Support implementation of MPLS, SD-WAN, P2P, EVPN, routing, and Internet solutions.
- Troubleshoot network and telecommunications issues.
- Review technical solutions and identify risks or required improvements.
- Define configurations according to customer requirements and project standards.
- Participate in testing, implementation, and customer meetings.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, customers, and third parties.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and implementation procedures.
- Support customer acceptance and transition to maintenance teams.
