About The Role
Our client is a fast-growing US law firm (~100 employees globally) specializing in immigration, family law, and personal injury.
We are looking for a proactive HubSpot Specialist for a 4 to 5-month full-time engagement to lead their complete CRM transition from Airtable to HubSpot (covering Marketing Hub and Sales Hub across ~30 seats). You will own data migration, pipeline architecture, automation, and reporting while the internal Data Architect is on leave.
What You’ll Do
- Discovery & Migration: Learn current workflows end-to-end (including how leads move from marketing through intake, attorneys, and closers in Airtable), document existing processes, pipelines, and data structure, and execute a clean data migration into HubSpot without loss of historical context or data integrity.
- Pipeline & Automation Setup: Architect sales pipelines, deal stages, custom properties, and lead lifecycle stages. Build automated workflows for lead routing, lead scoring, and follow-up sequences (social media & SEO leads).
- Permissions & Reporting: Configure custom user roles across ~30 seats and build custom executive dash
