operational leadership, client relationship management, and business development

? What You'll Do

✅ Drive operational stability and business continuity.

✅ Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor.

✅ Identify growth opportunities and lead upselling initiatives.

✅ Reduce attrition and improve team performance.

✅ Manage capacity planning, forecasting, and operational excellence.

? What We're Looking For




- 5+ years of experience in the
BPO industry
.
- 2+ years in
Operations, Account Management, or Customer Success leadership roles
.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and driving account growth.
- Strong analytical skills with
Excel and Power BI
.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
- Experience with workforce planning, forecasting, and operational KPIs.
