Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant
to provide support to a
Personal Injury law firm
.

Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of experience
as a
Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant
, Legal Assistant, or Case Manager.
- Proven experience handling
Personal Injury cases
.
- Hands-on experience requesting and following up on
medical records, medical bills, and supporting documentation
.
- Experience communicating with
medical providers and insurance companies
.
- Strong understanding of
claims, adjusters, policy information, and settlement support
.
- Experience using
legal case management software
(Filevine, Clio, Litify, SmartAdvocate, or similar).




- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Advanced English (C1 or higher)
with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Case Managers throughout the lifecycle of Personal Injury cases.
- Maintain complete and accurate case files.
- Request, organize, and follow up on medical records and bills.
- Track deadlines and outstanding requests.
- Assist with settlement preparation and case documentation.
