Overview
The
HRIS Reporting Senior Analyst
develops and maintains HR reporting solutions and data analytics to support operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic workforce insights.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Build and manage HR reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
- Support HR reporting across areas such as Payroll, Time, and Benefits
- Analyze data quality, compliance, and process improvements
- Test, validate, and troubleshoot reporting results
- Train users and maintain reporting security
- Support workforce analytics and KPI dashboard development
About You
- Bachelor’s degree
- English level B2+
- 5+ years of experience building and testing reports in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher
- Experience with General HR processes and/or HR data
- Strong experience with reporting tools and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Oracle HCM security experience
- Extensive Oracle HCM process and data experience
