Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in Data Engineering
Strong experience migrating enterprise data platforms to Databricks.
Proven experience building, optimizing, and supporting modern data platforms
Expertise designing and developing scalable data pipelines and data processing solutions
Strong SQL and data modeling experience
Experience working within cloud-based data environments
Ability to work as a hands-on builder and contribute directly to development efforts
Experience collaborating with Data Architects, Platform Engineers, and Analytics teams
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical leadership and cross-functional teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
AWS Redshift experience, particularly supporting modernization from legacy warehouse platforms
Experience supporting digital product, web, or customer-facing data ecosystems
