About the Role

At Staffbridge, we’re looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator based in Medellín and/or Bucaramanga to join our growing logistics operations team.

You’ll play a key role ensuring smooth freight movement, proactive problem-solving, and real-time communication with customers and carriers, all while growing your career in an international environment.

What You’ll Do
- Track and monitor shipments through multiple carriers and systems.
- Identify potential delays and act quickly to resolve them.
- Communicate real-time updates to customers, dispatch, and operations.
- Maintain accurate shipment data and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Collaborate across teams to guarantee a seamless freight experience.

What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in Track & Trace, dispatch, or freight visibility.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and cross-border freight operations.
- Proficiency in TMS platforms and carrier communications.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and great at problem-solving.
- Excellent English communication skills (bilingual role).
