Overview
You’ll lead the day-to-day support for performance marketing colleagues in Colombia. This role brings together people leadership, workload planning, quality oversight, and operational support across social media, marketing automation, web, SEO/SEM,



and related digital channels.

You’ll work closely with Marketing Studio leaders and regional partners to keep the team ready, aligned, and focused on consistent delivery. The role helps create a clear, supported environment where people can do their best work and where digital delivery runs smoothly.

How You'll Make An Impact
You’ll coach and support performance marketing colleagues in Colombia, helping them grow their skills across social media, marketing automation, web, SEO/SEM, and related disciplines. You’ll also work with the Marketing Studio Team Manager and functional leaders on hiring, onboarding, development, performance conversations, and team engagement, so people have the support they need to succeed.

You’ll also keep an eye on capacity, workload, and delivery, helping the team stay balanced and focused on what matters most. When issues come up, you’ll help spot risks early,
