Position Title: Mid-Level Salesforce Developer

What you will be doing:
As a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer, you will contribute hands-on to the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across industries. You have solid working knowledge of Salesforce's technical domains — including programmatic development, declarative solutioning, and integrations — and enjoy solving practical business problems through clean, well-structured code.
You'll work closely with senior developers and architects to build and test custom solutions, contribute to technical documentation, and continue growing your expertise across the platform.
Contribute to translating business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions
Support the estimation of effort for assigned development tasks
Participate in technical design discussions and contribute solutioning ideas
Develop custom solutions and integrations under the guidance of senior team members
Build and execute unit tests and test plans to ensure solution quality
Participate in peer code reviews and apply technical best practices
Stay current with Salesforce platform features and functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
