Position Purpose:

Provide strategic support to the assigned business area through in-depth data analysis, identification of trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and the generation of actionable recommendations that drive operational efficiency, process quality, and KPI compliance.

Position Requirements

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis (Business Intelligence), predictive modeling, and process analysis and improvement. Experience in BPO and Call Center recruitment is preferred.
- Experience developing and analyzing dashboards, KPIs, and basic knowledge of financial indicators.
- Ability to create forecasting, simulation,



and scenario analysis models.
