About the Role

We're looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Specialist to create and manage high-performing social media content for medical and aesthetic practices.

You'll work across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube , creating strategic, compliant, and visually compelling content designed to attract, educate, engage, and convert patients.

This is a hands-on content role for someone who understands how to combine strong copywriting, short-form video, platform trends, and performance data to create social media that looks polished, sounds human, and drives meaningful business results.

Social Media Strategy & Content
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content tailored to plastic surgery, medical spa, and specialty practice audiences.
- Create static posts, Reels, Stories, carousels, and short-form video content.
- Write clear, on-brand captions that balance education, trust-building, engagement, and soft conversion.
- Stay current on platform trends and quickly adapt content formats, particularly for short-form video.
- Maintain organized content calendars for multi-location
