Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Data Analyst to become a key member of our Inventory team. This role focuses on leveraging data analytics to improve inventory visibility, accuracy, and decision-making across operations. The position combines technical data skills with critical thinking and real-world operational understanding to identify, analyze,



and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Specific responsibilities:
- Analyze inventory data using Power BI and SQL to identify trends, anomalies, and discrepancies across systems and physical operations.
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and self-service tools that improve visibility into inventory levels, movements, and performance metrics.
- Lead and contribute to internal project development, creating scalable analytical solutions that support inventory planning, reconciliation, and operational efficiency.
- Translate raw data into actionable insights by connecting system data to real-life warehouse and supply chain processes.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies through root-cause analysis, considering factors such as process gaps, timing issues, system limitations, and human error.
