BDC Dealership Agent
who will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications for our partner dealerships. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and hands-on experience in handling customer inquiries, setting appointments, and supporting dealership operations.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a BDC role or similar customer service/appointment-setting position
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., VinSolutions, DealerSocket,



or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while maintaining natural communication
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
