Whats unique about this job (What you’ll do)
The Senior Manager, FP&A; – Revenue & Forecasting is responsible for shaping the company’s revenue outlook, connecting commercial drivers, performance trends, scenario risks, and strategic levers. The individual brings strong analytical rigor, commercial acumen, and enterprise thinking to elevate forecasting accuracy and support the company’s growth agenda.
Revenue Forecasting
- Deliver actionable, executive‑level insights explaining what is happening, why it is happening, and what decisions must follow.
- Lead cross-functional forums to align on drivers, risks, and mitigation actions tied to the revenue outlook.
- Produce consolidated revenue narratives for forecast cycles, monthly performance reviews, and senior leadership forums.
- Integrate complex information into clear messages that influence senior leaders and shape commercial decisions.
- Drive consistency of KPI definitions, revenue metrics, and operating cadence across countries and channels.
Strategic Revenue Insights
- Deliver persuasive, concise revenue insights to senior leadership, including impacts to growth, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
- Build standardized dashboards and presentations for executive forums, Corporate FP&A; reviews, and forecast cycles.
Membership Business Partnership
- Serve as the strategic Finance partner for the Membership organization, supporting all functions related to membership sales, renewals, churn, and value‑proposition drivers.
- Build membership revenue models assessing pricing strategies, tier dynamics, benefits, and acquisition funnel performance.
- Provide leaders with clear visibility into risks/opportunities and the revenue impact of membership initiatives.
Data Infrastructure, Automation & Governance
- Lead enhancements to financial models, reporting tools, and forecasting automation to reduce manual effort and improve speed/accuracy.
- Partner with Data/IT teams to ensure reliable data structures, scalable reporting processes, and standardized KPI logic across markets.

Bring your passion and expertise (Who you are)
- 8+ years in Strategic Finance, Analytics, Business Operations, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience developing and deploying AI/ML forecasting using Python, R, or equivalent programs.
- Proven business experience influencing executive-level decisions.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with strong financial modeling skills. Ability to interpret complex economic data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for executive audiences and cross-functional partners.
- The ability to work and influence cross-functionally is a must. Proactive and great at communicating with different audiences.
- Experience in a multinational environment, preferably in Retail or Consumer Product Goods.
- Familiarity with platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Domo.
- Naturally curious and inquisitive, with a growth mindset that drives continuous learning and improvement.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (verbal and written).
