We're Hiring: Senior Accountant! ?

The Senior Accountant will support the company's accounting operations by ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, maintaining account reconciliations, and contributing to the month-end close process.

- What you'll do:

✅ Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments.

✅ Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger (cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, intercompany, accruals).

✅ Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including P&L; variance analysis.

✅ Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and support intercompany transactions.

✅ Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

✅ Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across ERP systems.





✅ Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.

✅ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

- What we're looking for:

▪️ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

▪️ 4+ years of experience in finance, FP&A;, accounting, or operational analytics — healthcare or other regulated industries preferred.

▪️ Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle).

▪️ Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, reconciliations, reporting).

▪️ Advanced English B2+
