? CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS (Read First)
Experience: 2–5 years in logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight forwarding, or operations.
Logistics Scope: Hands-on experience with LTL/FTL, parcel, ocean freight, warehousing, or international logistics (U.S. logistics experience preferred).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Tech Stack: Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace.
Mindset: Strong ownership, organizational skills, analytical ability, and close attention to detail.
Innovation: Passion for artificial intelligence, process automation, continuous improvement, and customer success.

? ABOUT US & THE ROLE
We are an outsourced logistics and operations partner supporting brands, manufacturers, 3PLs, and freight forwarders across North America and Europe. We manage end-to-end supply chain operations using technology, AI, and automation to deliver scalable solutions.




This is not a traditional logistics coordination role. We are looking for an ambitious problem-solver who takes full ownership, improves processes, and actively embraces technology to drive business growth.

? WHAT YOU'LL DO
End-to-End Shipment Management: Oversee LTL, FTL, parcel, temp-controlled, and ocean freight shipments from quoting through billing.
Daily Operations: Coordinate pickups, deliveries, BOLs, PODs, warehouse ops, inventory, and release instructions.
Customer Support: Support international clients across North America and Europe with proactive communication and issue resolution.
Partner Coordination: Follow up with carriers, warehouses, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and ports regarding ETAs, appointments, and milestones.
Tech & Automation: Keep HubSpot records accurate and work with tech teams on workflow integrations using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
Financial Control & Growth: Assist with lane analysis
