About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled, assertive, and detail-oriented Claims Specialist to manage logistics-related claims from intake through resolution. This role requires direct experience handling claims cases, communicating with insurance companies, adjusters, carriers, customers, repair facilities, and internal stakeholders.

This is not a purely administrative or document-processing role. We are looking for candidates who are confident communicating with external parties, able to manage pressure, and capable of protecting company interests while maintaining strong customer and B2B relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Manage logistics, carrier, vehicle, cargo, or transportation-related claims from initial report through closure.
Communicate directly and consistently with all parties involved in each claim, including: Vehicle owners, Corporate accounts / B2B partners, Sales representatives, Assigned carriers, Insurance companies, Repair facilities, Third-party adjusters, Customers.
Gather, review, and validate claim documentation, including incident reports, photos,



estimates, invoices, carrier information, customer communications, insurance details, and supporting evidence.
Follow up aggressively with carriers, insurance companies, adjusters, and repair facilities to move claims forward and avoid delays.
Support carrier subrogation efforts to recover costs and minimize company losses.
Identify liability, coverage gaps, missing documentation, and potential risks in each claim file.
Maintain accurate claim records, notes, timelines, and status updates in internal systems.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure alignment on claim strategy and resolution.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of direct Claims Management experience required.
Ideally 1–2 years of specific experience handling claims, preferably in logistics, transportation, vehicle, cargo, carrier, freight, insurance, or related industries.
