We're looking for a Recruitment Analyst to join our team and support recruitment processes for positions across Latin America and the United States.
This role is a great fit for someone who already has solid recruitment experience, enjoys active sourcing and candidate interaction, and is comfortable managing multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
You'll work with different types of roles and markets, so we're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, resourceful, and confident working in both English and Spanish.
What you'll be doing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for positions across LATAM and the US
- Conduct active sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards and other recruiting channels
- Screen and interview candidates in both English and Spanish
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, skills and overall fit for each position
- Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for multiple openings
- Coordinate interviews, assessments and follow-ups throughout the selection process
- Present qualified candidates and provide clear recruiting updates
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information in our systems
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while keeping priorities and deadlines organized
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Experience managing recruitment processes from sourcing through candidate submission and interview coordination
- Previous experience supporting US-based positions, clients or hiring teams
- Fluent English is required
- Fluent/native Spanish
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
- Experience conducting interviews in English
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
