About the role:
We're looking for a Procurement Analyst on our Technology & Operations team to help 8am buy smart across software, hardware, SaaS, and IT services. Reporting to the Director, Procure-to-Pay, you'll blend category sourcing work (RFx, vendor evaluations, negotiations) with the day-to-day procurement operations (purchase orders, vendor relationships, contract admin) that keep the function moving. You'll partner with IT, Finance, and Legal, dig into spend to find savings, and bring AI into the workflow to cut manual work.

What you'll do:
- Support category strategies and sourcing plans for technology and IT spend across software, hardware, SaaS, and services.
- Run RFx processes, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations for IT spend.
- Process purchase orders and keep approvals moving in line with policy.
