About us
MaleBasics Corp is a US apparel manufacturer based in Miami with our own factory in Medellín, Colombia. We design and produce six brands of men's and women's underwear, lingerie, and eroticwear, sold wholesale to specialty retailers across the United States and Canada.
The role
This is an execution role, not a strategy seat. You'll be on the phone and in the inbox every day selling to independent store owners — men's underwear shops, lingerie boutiques, and adult stores. We provide leads to start; you own the pipeline.
- Outbound calls and emails to retailers in the US and Canada
- Close wholesale opening orders and drive reorders
- Send catalogs and line sheets, follow up relentlessly
- Reactivate dormant accounts
- Log everything in HubSpot
- From month 2: handle inbound sales calls. From month 3: customer service emails.
What we're looking for
- English C1 minimum, C2 preferred the job is 100% in English with native-speaker buyers. Non-negotiable.
- B2B,
outbound, or phone-sales experience — we care about proven execution and hunger, not titles. Strong closers from any high-volume phone sales background are welcome, including semi-retired sales professionals.
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day, on US Eastern business hours. No part-time.
- Comfortable presenting our full portfolio, including eroticwear and adult brands.
- Remote setup: reliable internet, quiet workspace, own computer and headset.
Compensation
- Months 1–3: US$1,250/month (or COP $3,500,000 your choice)
- From month 4: US$1,500/month (or COP $4,000,000) + sales commissions
- 1-year independent contractor agreement, bi-weekly payments, 15 paid vacation days
