The Role We are seeking a talented and cost-effective Freelance Draftsman and 3D Designer to support our team remotely. In this role, you will be our go-to partner for updating existing architectural drawings and creating compelling 3D renderings that help our clients visualize their projects before construction begins. This is a versátil, remote contract position perfect for a freelancer looking for consistent, project-based work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Update, modify, and refine existing 2D architectural drawings, floor plans, and elevations.




- Create high-quality, realistic 3D renderings for residential spaces (kitchens, baths, exteriors, etc.).
- Translate rough sketches, field measurements, and design concepts into precise digital plans.
- Deliver accurate files in standard formats (e.g., PDF, DWG, SketchUp, RVT) within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Collaborate and communicate clearly with our US-based project managers and team members.
- Perform quick turnarounds on design revisions based on team or client feedback.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential architectural drafting and 3D rendering is recommended.
- A portfolio showcasing previous 2D floor plans and 3D residential renderings is required to be considered.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Chief Architect, Revit, Lumion, or similar).
