Overview:

Our client is a growing residential property management firm based in Edmond, Oklahoma, currently managing approximately 320 residential doors. Operating with a lean, highly organized team, they utilize modern property management platforms and clear operational processes to deliver exceptional service to owners and residents alike.

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Leasing & Resident Operations Specialist (AppFolio) to handle administrative operations, leasing support, and resident communications. In this role, you will serve as a key operational backbone—generating lease agreements, supporting the leasing pipeline, managing records, and executing documented workflows to free up executive leadership for owner relationships.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM CST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

- Support the leasing team by updating, managing, and posting available rental properties across AppFolio and Tenant Turner
- Generate lease agreements, renewal contracts, and new property management agreements with speed and accuracy
- Upload and organize official documents within dedicated owner and resident portals inside AppFolio
- Prepare eviction documentation and coordinate necessary paperwork with legal counsel as required
- Maintain clear, error-free administrative records and system logs in real time
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day resident phone calls and inquiries,



maintaining a professional and supportive approach
- Follow structured process workflows inside LeadSimple to complete daily operational tasks
- Handle non-financial resident inquiries, escalating financial or ledger-related matters to the accounting team

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support or property management experience
- Hands-on experience navigating AppFolio (generating leases, uploading files, maintaining records) and exposure to tools like Tenant Turner or LeadSimple
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a professional, customer-first phone presence
- Strong attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and an honest, proactive communication style when asking for clarification
- Dedicated full-time availability aligned with Edmond, OK business hours
