What will your responsibilities be?
- Solution Architecture & Support:
Design, develop, implement, and support scalable Salesforce solutions and related enterprise platforms.
- Platform Administration & Security:
Serve as a senior Salesforce administrator managing security models, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, sharing rules, queues, public groups, and data governance.
- Declarative Automation:
Architect and optimize Salesforce automation using Flow Builder, Process Automation, validation rules, approval processes, and workflow best practices.
- System Integrations:
Lead complex integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms including ERP (e.g., NetSuite), marketing automation, data warehouses, and third-party SaaS applications via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Troubleshooting & Production Support:
Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, debugging, and production support for Salesforce applications and integrations.
- DevOps & Release Management:
Drive release management activities including deployments, sandbox management, version control, CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset), and deployment automation.
- Governance & Standards:
Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards, coding best practices (Apex, LWC), platform governance policies, and data quality standards (deduplication, audit compliance).
- Mentorship & Stakeholder Alignment:
Provide technical guidance to junior developers/administrators, partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, and maintain comprehensive technical documentat
